Office Angels have partnered with an award winning company who are seeking an Account Manager to join their team. If you have strong relationship management skills and are looking for your next challenge then this is the perfect role for you.

Role: Account Manager

Contract: Full time, Permanent, Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

Location: Doncaster - 2 days a week from home

Salary & benefits: £30,000pa + 33 days holiday + free on site parking + hybrid working and more!

  • Develop and maintain relationships with a number of key accounts

  • Maintain the CRM database accurately

  • Ensure service-level agreements are being adhered to

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure service-level agreements are being adhered to

  • Resolve customer queries / issues and escalating when needed

  • Communicate products and services with your key accounts


  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain and build on relationships

  • A good problem solver who is able to prioritise tasks accordingly

  • A background in Account Manager is essential for this role

  • Good IT skills including the use of internal systems
