JOB TITLE: Account Manager


LOCATION: Burgess Hill


HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm


SALARY: £26k per annum

DURATION: 1 Year FTC initially


This is a varied role and the client is looking for someone to get stuck in, duties will include:



  • Processing of quotes, order entry, responding to customer requests for stock status, pricing, and updates

  • Proactively develops new accounts through capitalization on sales opportunities

  • Serves as the liaison between the customer and various internal departments. Provides product/service information to customers to ensure they receive world-class service.

  • View open order report on a daily basis to ensure stock is available to meet customer demand as required.

  • Work closely with the Purchasing and Operations functions to establish commitment dates and manage the flow of information to the customer.

  • Assist the Program Manager/Program Coordinator with administrative duties

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
