JOB TITLE: Account Manager


LOCATION: Bridgwater, Somerset


SALARY: £23,000 - £25,000 PA DOE & £5K - £6K annually in bonuses


HOURS: 9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

THE ROLE: Fantastic opportunity for a customer service professional to build on an existing customer care background in a fulfilling role. You will be based in the sales team and be responsible for your own portfolio of clients and support them throughout their customer journey.


KEY DUTIES:



  • Keeping in touch with your portfolio of clients.

  • Nurturing and developing relationships to grow accounts.

  • Supporting clients with their requirements and ensuring they receive the best advice possible.

  • Developing existing accounts by introducing new products and services.

  • Assisting customers with order queries and taking orders over the phone.

  • Helping the Sales Manager and other colleagues on additional projects as required.


THE CANDIDATE:



  • Experience working in a sales and customer service environment.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • A polished and professional telephone manner.

  • Strong IT and organisational skills.

  • A high regard for excellent customer service.

  • Adaptability, confidence and a positive attitude to work and colleagues.

  • Enthusiasm and an open, friendly nature.
