Office Angels Livingston are collaborating with to recruit for a 2 x permanent Account Executives. The role is perfect for someone who has a strong sales background and can build on an already successful business. You must have excellent computer skills with the ability to adapt to different internal systems and have a positive can-do attitude to succeed. This is a hybrid role with four days in the office and 1 day a week from home, you will be in the office during initial training. The role is based in Newbridge and due to the location, you must be able to drive and have a car. Working hours are 8.45am - 5.30pm with an hour's lunch, 37.5hrs per week, salary £19,500 - £22,000 plus £3600 commision per annum.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for sales as they will both work with private and public existing clients as well as introduce new clients to the company's product. You will gain excellent knowledge of product to be able to recommend suitable product to customers as well as manage customer orders from initial order through to delivery

Duties include

  • To deliver the day-to-day customer experience to a range of contracted and non-contracted business accounts

  • To help always deliver the highest levels of customer service to all customers

  • Meet specified sales and service objectives set by the business

  • Advise and promote the products and services that the business can offer to customers

  • To meet and uphold all the values of the business

  • To 'challenge the norm' and add ideas and initiatives to our business

  • To enjoy your working life within a great team

Skills and Desirable Experience required

  • Excellent communication as well as written and verbal grammar skills

  • Previous experience in a Sales and/or telephone/office environment

  • The ability to use initiative and be self-disciplined

  • To have a positive can-do mind set

  • Experience of working in a KPI and activity driven environment

  • Ability to meet and exceed set expectations and reach the highest levels of customer service

  • Competent IT skills with an ability to work at pace with accuracy on a keyboard

  • Ability to work well within a team environment
