Role: Academy Administrator


Salary: £25000 - £26000


Start Date: Immediate start available


Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Contract


Location: Tyseley, Birmingham

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide administrative support to the teams.

  • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and databases for student records and academy budgeting.

  • Maintain compliance with GDPR and data protection laws.

  • Be a point of contact for students requiring support and refer them to the appropriate staff.

  • Undertake reception duties and handle incoming mail.

  • Attend key meetings and provide action/summary minutes.

  • Update academy policies and documentation.

  • Manage diaries and schedule appointments.

  • Work collaboratively with team members and establish positive working relationships.


What we're looking for:



  • Strong knowledge of computer software packages, including Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good time management and organisational abilities.
