3 month Temp Credit Controller with B2C experience

As a Credit Controller you duties will include:

  • Primarily focused on proactively chasing debt

  • Working with the Credit Control Supervisor to develop system and processes for collection of domestic and commercial debts

  • Responsibility for the efficient transaction of customer-related business processes

  • Responsibility for effective and accurate use of business systems

  • Responsibility for developing and enhancing current collection processes

  • Providing consistently high quality of service by enacting the Group's performance standards for customer services, billing and credit control functions

  • Providing general administration support

  • Responsibility for debt reduction on ledgers

This position requires someone to start around the 14th July 2021, working hours are 9am - 5pm. You will have a few days in the office initially for training but thereafter you will work from home for at least 1 month, until required to start working in the office so please only apply if you live local to Woking, Surrey.
