Our client is looking for an experienced candidate who will be able to provide IT and administrative support to a busy team. Job Details:



  • 1st Line Support Administrator

  • £27,000 - £30,000*DOE

  • Full time, permanent

  • 9:00am-17:30pm

  • City of London - Bank

  • 4 days in the office, 1 day from home.


Duties:



  • Updating company CRM databases accordingly.

  • Proving support and maintenance for printers.

  • Providing support and maintenance for Windows based systems and Windows servers.

  • Acting as a point of contact for external maintenance providers for telecoms and network support.

  • Updating and maintaining company website.

  • Advising on procurement of new services and equipment and the deployment of such.

  • Responsible for all company's social media platforms and keeping them up to date.

  • General office administration duties.


Requirements:



  • Must have some knowledge and experience within 1st Line Support.

  • Experience within Windows and MS applications.

  • Must be professional, determined and able to build strong working relationships.

  • Exceptional communication and written skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and able to provide the highest level of support.
