To ensure a perfect fit, we use RightResult, our bespoke skills evaluation system. It’s a speedy, simple, web-based tool that allows us to accurately assess your skills – covering everything from Word, Excel and Powerpoint to tailored evaluations created especially for our clients.

We evaluate every one of our Angels as standard and permanent candidates if our client requests it.

RightResult is entirely web-based. That means we can do everything via email and you don’t have to take time out to visit our branch. You’ll have immediate access to your results and we can place you in a role much quicker.

With every evaluation, you receive an in-depth summary of your results, detailing your strengths and areas for improvement. And because the system bases its results on standard criteria, the feedback you receive is objective and consistent.
