To mark our 25th anniversary in the office recruitment business (you don’t have to tell us, we really don’t look that old), we thought it would be informative, insightful, and downright fun to take a sneak peek into the future of the workplace, 25 years from now.
We spoke to lots of knowledgeable employers and loads of clued up candidates to hear their predictions for the future, combined this with our own understanding of the changing recruitment market and advances in working practices, and produced some really interesting discussion pieces around the shape of the workplace in 2036.
