Best Companies Accreditation 3-Star status
Office Angels is one of only eighty-four organisations in the UK to have been awarded the top three-star rating in the Best companies accreditation scheme. Based on staff feedback, companies receive a Best Companies index score that determines their star rating compared to a fixed standard. One star is first class, two stars are outstanding and three stars are extraordinary. This is the third year in a row that we have received this coveted award.
Sunday Times ‘100 Best Companies to Work for’
We like to keep our own staff motivated too and their positive feedback put us twelfth in The Sunday Times ‘100 Best Companies to Work’ for making us the top-ranked recruitment consultancy. 85% of our consultants responded to say that they felt part of the family, 87% of the colleagues care for each other and 85% said that they get on well with their team members.
Superbrands
A panel of experts and over 1,700 individual business executives from over fifty sectors recently voted Office Angels the UK’s Superbrand in office and secretarial recruitment. A Business Superbrand has the finest reputation in its field and offers customers significant advantages over competitors. Brands are judged against three factors: quality, reliability and distinction. In 2011, Office Angels was voted 349th in the Top 500 Business Superbrands.

Burea Veritas, external auditors, have awarded Office Angels with the ISO 9001: 2008 quality accreditation. This accreditation is a symbol of service excellence globally, replacing our ISO 9001:2000. This accreditation demonstrates that Office Angels has a tried and tested framework to manage our business processes, which meets the requirements of our clients and candidates. It also affirms that Office Angels has measures in place to monitor customer service levels and continually looks to improve its service standards.
Recruitment and Employment confederation
Office Angels is a member of the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation). This means that you are dealing with an agency that is:
- Serious about standards - REC members sign up to the REC's Code of Professional Practice that provides a set of quality assurances for employers and jobseekers alike. Members with REC audited status have been independently confirmed as fully compliant with industry regulations and best practice.
- Serious about operating ethically - REC members pledge to comply with all relevant legislation, have fair and honest terms of business, actively promote diversity and equal opportunities and respect confidentiality.
- Serious about being well informed - REC membership means that recruitment agencies are kept up to date with legislative changes and industry best practice to ensure they can act in the best interests of clients and candidates.
- Serious about accountability - Should you feel that any REC member does not uphold these standards, you have recourse through the REC complaints and disciplinary procedures which can lead to their expulsion and referral to the DTI for criminal investigation.
