Easy to Complete

Right Result can email the OATS Courses directly to your staff, who can either complete their training in the office or at home. The comprehensive catalogue of training courses include: Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Visio.

Tailored to their needs

OATS courses are tailored around the candidate's specific needs. At the start of the course, the candidate takes a short selection of ‘Pre-Assessments’ to assess their knowledge on the chosen subject. The system will then build that user a ‘Personalised Learning Track’, which will only include modules the user needs to master. Once mastered, the user can take a ‘Post-Assessment’ which will show any improvement and best scores to date. This record is unique to that user and will be saved and updated every time a module is completed. For the complete novice, this system offers an excellent ‘Tutorial’. Alternatively, you can use OATS as an aid, when additional knowledge or extra training is required - for example if doing a mail merge for the first time.
