Travel Wings Plus
As an Office Angels employee, you’re able to participate in our ‘Travel Wings Plus’ plan. This allows you to earn a little extra each week, which you can put towards your weekly commute.
The plan allows you to claim certain travel and subsistence expenses (in accordance with the rules of the plan) while on an assignment. By claiming these expenses you will be entitled to receive part of your salary exempt from tax and NationaI Insurance.
You will need to pay a small administration fee, but don’t worry, you will always be financially better off than if you didn’t claim.

Holiday Pay
As soon as you have signed your Worker’s Employment Agreement, you’ll be eligible for holiday pay.
All Angels are eligible to 20 days paid annual holiday, which is pro-rata’d over the year. The holiday year runs from October to September and your days can’t be carried over into another year.
You’re entitled to take holiday once you have worked consecutively with Office Angels for four weeks and the amount you’ll be paid while on holiday is outlined in your Workers Employment Agreement.
Sick Leave
As an employee of Office Angels, you’re eligible to receive Statutory Sick Pay.
It’s essential that you tell your Consultant if you’re not able to work as soon as possible – but definitely before 9am. You should also let us know as soon as you are feeling better, so we can find you another assignment.
Oh, and chicken soup works wonders for a cold.
Parental Leave
Hmmm, pink or blue? If you’re expecting, we’ll also pay you for the time you spend at antenatal appointments and offer statutory parental leave to all employees who fulfill the criteria.

You know what they say about all work and no play? Well, we employ a team of people to dream up ways of making your work life more rewarding and fun. No kidding.

Competitions
We regularly launch fantastic competitions, giving you the chance to win prizes like free champagne, cinema tickets and weekends away.
Cinema Promotions
Our Angels tell us that they love a good movie. So, when new films are released, we often run competitions to win tickets, videos and merchandise.
Get Togethers
We like to think of our Angels as one happy family, so you’ll receive regular invitations to branch social events. Our get togethers are great for getting to know us a little better, making new friends and generally having a good time.
Newsletters
Our branches produce monthly newsletters to provide up-to-date information about our services, make important announcements, launch competitions and fill you in on what's happening in your branch.
Introduce a Friend
Many of our Angels discovered us through personal recommendation. We believe one good turn deserves another, so we came up with our Introduce a Friend incentive.
If you recommend someone who we go on to place in either an assignment or permanent position, you’ll receive a voucher to say thank you.
Awards
Recognition is no small thing to us. Do your boss proud and we’ll thank you with monthly and annual awards.
Angel of the Month Award
Each month, our branches ask clients to nominate someone for exceptional performance while on an Office Angels assignment. Each Angel of the Month receives a gift and certificate and goes on to be considered for the branch’s Angel of the Year Award.
National Angel of the Year
This is the biggie. The award highlights the diverse range of skills and benefits you bring to our clients. Run exclusively for Angels, nominees are selected regionally and undergo an interview as well as personality and skills evaluations. The winner is announced at an Awards Lunch at a top London restaurant.
