Contract Award Memo

Dear all,

Office Angels have again been successful in the recent tender exercise for the Supply of Temporary Agency Staff.  The new contract commences 1st August for two years with a possible extension to be granted for a further two single year periods. 

Please note, that this new contract includes the provision of temporary Clerical, Technical, Specialist and Professional staff.

It is important we keep contract spend leakage to an absolute minimum to adhere to the spirit of the contract and to comply with EU Procurement Regulations.  We intend to block all other similar agencies currently on SAP.

Office Angels should always be approached in the first instance for ALL role type requests stated above.  If your requirements cannot then be met by Office Angels, you must consult with Marian Phillipson, HR Officer (ext 7835) for further guidance.

This contract will be monitored closely and as always, your feedback will be most welcome.
