Our continuous investment in innovative candidate assessment and training solutions allows us to identify opportunities for all our employees to further their careers, and we support them the whole way. Each year, a handful of talented internal individuals are selected to join our Acquire, Ascent or Aspire development programmes.

Sustainability
We all have a social responsibility to conserve, protect and improve the environment in which we live and work. Office Angels follows all current environmental legislation and is committed to reducing the effect its daily operations on the environment where possible.

Safety
Office Angels is committed to keeping employees safe in the workplace. As a business we meet all statutory health and safety obligations and frequently go a step further with initiatives to keep this issue front of mind. It is also our responsibility to allocate assignments that match our candidates’ skills and experience, and to recognise the risks in new and unfamiliar workplaces. As far as is practically possible, we will do all we can to ensure our candidates have a safe and healthy workplace with adequate supervision.
