Competency Based Interviewing
Also known as CBI, it is an evidence-based interviewing technique which helps to paint a picture of a candidate’s actual capabilities.
The candidate answers carefully designed questions about how they have reacted to and dealt with previous situations in the workplace. This enables the interviewer to probe specific skills, competencies and characteristics.
