BUPA Case Study
BUPA is a global health and care organisation in nearly 190 countries world-wide. Office Angels is currently working as one of two suppliers of staff in the UK. This agreement has been in place since 1999 with the number of positions we fill increasing every year.
To attract candidates for roles at BUPA we hold regular assessment days with interviews, role plays and group exercises. This is invaluable to BUPA who told us the candidates we supply “have been of a high standard” and we were able to exceed their expectations by “even managing to provide candidates for language vacancies that other agencies have struggled to meet”.
We designed systems to complement their own in-house reporting and analysis. For instance, we have supplied order forms which electronically capture information for management reports. We also have ‘surgeries’ in several of BUPA’s key locations allowing us to meet candidates, collect timesheets and discuss any issues or requests they may have.
